The whiskey and wine concept is inspired by the ‘toasting’ process on both types of barrels. Toasting the barrels starts breaking down the wood, which releases unique compounds that make both whiskey and wine delicious!

The Toasted Barrel is a modern bar that highlights both wine and whiskey options, flights, beer, mixed drinks and mocktails. The vibe is a fun blend of informal and eclectic in a ‘whiskey library’ setting. We have added a brand-new kitchen, expanded outdoor seating options, and will continue with live music.

The Whiskey & Wine concept is unique to the State of Oregon, and is both a local draw, as well as a destination location for new and returning customers.
